The range of the fire core vermiculite insulating boards is equally suitable for hot-surface applications or back-up insulation of all refractory constructions. They will not decompose even when subjected directly to flame. The maximum operating temperature, however, should be taken into consideration. Due to their resistance to carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons our fire boards can be used in furnaces with reducing atmospheres. They are practically free from sulphur and hence an ideal choice for furnaces in which nickel alloys are present. The fire board grades have a variety of uses in high temperature kilns and furnaces, combustion plants, and boilers. Exhibiting good electrical resistivity and high resistance to thermal shock and is also very suitable for heat radiation in most types of domestic heating and outdoor cooking appliances.

Product use

The fireproof door core board is mainly used to provide fireproof materials for steel and wooden fireproof doors.  It is also widely used in public places with high fireproof & sound insulation demands, such as office buildings, commercial shopping center, floor compartments, schools, laboratories, hospitals, train stations, airports, theaters, ballrooms, entertainment centers, factories, activity rooms, etc
